Transport tax: Are there any benefits for people with disabilities in 2017?
Benefits for people with limited health are provided in various spheres of human life.

What does the law say?
Although in the NS, as such, there is no definition of disability, but it can be found in the Federal Law “On Insurance Pensions”: a person with limited physical health is incapacitated. It is based on the conclusion of the ITU, restrictions on labor I, II or III. Until 2010, the law considered disability constraints. In spite of this, any restrictions were not required at all to be documented. According to statistics, since 2005, the number of people with disabilities in Russia is decreasing, but this, unfortunately, does not say that the health of Russians is improving. Many people who have serious health restrictions do not have a handicap and therefore have no right to enjoy benefits.
And what documents are needed?
In each region of the country a set of documents for benefits for the payment of transport tax is different. That is why it will be expedient to find out exactly which particular subject is needed.
Persons with disabilities, as a rule, must submit a certificate of invalidity to the tax authority. Participants in the fighting need to present a corresponding certificate, on the basis of which he can receive benefits.
If a child is disabled, then his parents must provide their passport in which the disabled child must be entered. You will also need a certificate of the birth of the latter, a certificate of his disability and a custody contract.
Only one of the carers can use the privileged right in respect to one car.
Benefits for road travel require an initiative from a disabled person, since such a preference will not be granted to him without a statement of the required securities. If he lets everything on his own, he can not pay the tax in a timely manner, which, accordingly, will turn him into a fine. The application is in free form. It should definitely identify where, who and why they turn.
The collected documents can be submitted to the tax both personally and send by mail with a notice. When visiting a tax authority, the concessionaire must have, besides the copies and originals of the securities, at his or her own disposal.
